Michele Butler

Michele Butler is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the Southwest at RangeWater Real Estate since September 2024, Michele previously held key positions including President and Executive Vice President at TAM Residential from August 2021 to September 2024. Michele's earlier roles include Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from December 2014 to August 2021, overseeing Texas markets and managing over 35,000 apartment units for Pinnacle. Prior experience includes positions as Regional Manager at Riverstone Residential Group, Regional Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company, and Investment Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Marketing from Tarleton State University.
