Chris Dalton

Chris Dalton possesses extensive experience in the construction and quantity surveying sectors, currently serving on the Board of Trustees at Rangitoto College since September 2022 and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Waide Commercial Construction Ltd since January 2024. Previously, Chris held various senior roles, including Managing Director and Director at Astley Construction from April 2008 to December 2023, and Senior Quantity Surveyor positions at Haydn & Rollett and Naylor Love. Earlier career highlights include serving as Contracts Manager at John Holland and Project Manager at Incoll Group Pty Ltd. Chris's educational background includes a NZ Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying) and a New Zealand Certificate in Building from Unitec | Te Pūkenga, complemented by a School Certificate and Sixth Form Certificates from Westlake Boys High School.
