Ali Javadi

Ali Javadi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Ali currently holds a position at Rani Therapeutics as the Senior Director of Operations, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Rani Therapeutics from February 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Rani Therapeutics, Ali Javadi worked at Cretex Medical as the Director of Operations for multiple sites in California and Minnesota. Ali held this role from January 2017 to February 2022.

Ali Javadi also has experience at JunoPacific, where they worked as a Tooling/Engineering Manager from October 2014 to December 2016. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Tooling Engineer from December 2013 to September 2014.

Earlier in their career, Ali Javadi worked at G&W Electric Co. as a Senior Process Development Engineer from September 2011 to December 2013.

Ali began their professional journey at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery as a Principal Scientist, where they worked from September 2009 to September 2011.

Ali Javadi holds a Postdoctoral Fellow position in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to that, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ali also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Advanced Engineering Materials from Chalmers University of Technology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ali Javadi has obtained several certifications. Ali completed an Executive Leadership Training program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in June 2022. In October 2021, they completed a Business Strategy and Financial Performance program at INSEAD Executive Education. In December 2018, they obtained an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management through the Emerging Leaders Bootcamp. Ali also completed a Value-Based Pricing and Negotiation Strategy program at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in October 2017. Furthermore, Ali Javadi holds a Lean Leader and Practitioner Certificate from the Manufacturers Alliance, which they obtained in March 2014. Lastly, they completed The National Science Foundation's Innovation Corps (I-Corps™) Entrepreneurial Bootcamp at the Georgia Institute of Technology in November 2011.
