Asad Wasi

Asad Wasi began their work experience as a Sales Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond in 2009, where they provided excellent customer service and assisted with store administrative tasks. Asad then transitioned into the field of mechanical engineering, starting as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Suitable Technologies in 2015. During this role, they designed and built heating and cooling fixtures and precision tools, ensuring quality and efficient production. Asad continued to work in the field of mechanical engineering, taking on roles such as Mechanical Engineer at Zippy Inc. from 2017 to 2018, Mechanical Engineer (Contract) at DAQRI in early 2017, and Mechanical Engineer at Rani Therapeutics since 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Support Specialist at Honeywell Buildings from 2016 to 2017.

Asad Wasi completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, graduating between 2012 and 2016. In addition to their formal education, Asad Wasi also obtained a certification as a CSWA - Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate from Dassault Systèmes in August 2019.
