Kushagra Varshneya

Kushagra Varshneya is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles and a strong background in mechanical design and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer III at Rani Therapeutics, Kushagra has contributed to the development of aseptic manufacturing processes for the RaniPill HC device and engineered a drug-filling fixture with high accuracy. Previous experience includes positions at RoCo Global, where Kushagra developed a lab-scale CO2 capture system, and Carnegie Mellon University, where Kushagra undertook research and assisted in teaching CAD/CAE. With internships at TDP Global, Tata Motors, and experience as a Technical Head for BulletHawk Racing, Kushagra has demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering, project management, and process optimization. Kushagra holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
