Vlad Rodo Peshkov has a diverse range of work experience. Vlad began their career in 2013 as a Marketing Intern at Dfusió, where they gained valuable experience in client negotiation and teamwork. From 2020 to 2023, Peshkov worked at Entain in various PPC Executive roles, with increasing responsibilities and involvement in campaign and brand strategies. Vlad currently holds the position of CRO & Acquisition Insights Manager at The Rank Group plc.

Vlad Rodo Peshkov completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Business from Coventry University in the years 2012 to 2016. After that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Lancaster University, which they completed between 2017 and 2018.

Additionally, Vlad obtained several certifications including the X-Culture Global Collaboration Certificate from X-Culture in August 2015. Vlad also obtained a Level 1 Certificate in Chinese (Mandarin) from AQA in June 2014 and attended a seminar on Chinese Language and Culture at Nanjing Agricultural University in April 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the International English Language Testing System certification from IELTS Official in August 2012 and the Cambridge ESOL Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International from the University of Cambridge in August 2011.
