Ryan Kirby

Ryan Kirby is currently the Director of Public Policy at Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center. Prior to this, Ryan served as the Chief of Staff for Senator Cheryl Kagan and held various roles such as President at College Democrats of Maryland and Tutor at Towson University Writing Center. Ryan also worked as a Campaign Manager for Greg Jennings for Howard County Council and as an Ice Cream Maker at JJ Hoffman's Creamery. Ryan holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Towson University.
