Frank Spady began his business development career when he was hired by Fairchild Semiconductors and rose to VP of Sales for North America. He brought them from a $2 million loss to the most profitable division ($120 million). The company became ripe for acquisition and was done so by Schlumberge, where Spady continued increasing their profitability.
Frank was Vice President of Sales at Boeing Computer Services (a division of Boeing Aircraft). He was responsible for selling a CAD product to the United States government. After two years of sales activity, he brought to BCS the largest contract in company history, $86 million with residuals.
Five years later, Frank was recruited by Intergraph Corporation (Cad/Cam) as Director of DoD. As Director, he responded by making them number one in three years with contract awards exceeding $1.2 billion dollars.
After six years he was recruited to become Vice President of Sales with Evans and Sutherland introducing their Virtual Reality program, by penetrating ABC, FOX, NBC and various production houses throughout the world—China, Japan, Europe and South America.
Orad Inc. a startup virtual reality company then recruited Mr. Spady to become Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Within two years, he took their product to number one. They now own 80% of the Virtual market place.
As a founder and CEO of the Canada Nevada Business Council, Frank Spady promoted bi-lateral trade between Canada and Nevada. The Council was organized to foster collaboration and mutually beneficial innovative relations in both the private and public sectors.
Frank is a founder and CEO of Ranking Edge. This company designs and develops websites and provides digital media and content marketing. He was also founder and CEO of the Las Vegas International Press Club.
