Sergiu P.

Sergiu P. has worked in a variety of positions since 2005. In 2005 they were a Design Assistant (internship) at Mobiltrade SRL in Arad. In 2007 they were a Test Engineer at Elster, where they developed microcontroller programming, experienced data acquisition and data processing, and developed schematics and PCB design. In 2010 they were an AOI Programmer at Cicor Microelectronics, where they developed AOI Programs for specific PCB products and enhanced their electronics knowledge. In 2010 they also started working at English for children SRL as a Managing Partner, where they worked to bring a highly efficient English learning method to children. From 2011 to 2015 they worked at Joyson Safety Systems as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager, steering projects to generate cost savings activities, mass production, quality improvements and change management. From 2013 to 2015 they were a Project Manager at HELLA, working within the Romania Design and Development Center and leading multidisciplinary project teams. Since 2018 they have been a Project Manager with Agile and a Scrum Master at rankingCoach GmbH, working on developing the backend side of the rC application.

Sergiu P. obtained a Master's degree in Electronics and Applied Electronics from Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara between 2008 and 2010. Sergiu also obtained an Electronics engineer degree in Applied Electronics from the same institution between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from VDI Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e.V. (VM1 Value Management/Wertanalyse Grundkurs nach EN12973, obtained in July 2016), AIDA (AIDA 2 certification in freediving, obtained in July 2014), and APMG-International (PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination, obtained in June 2014).
