Tabita-Eunice Udroiu has been working in the professional world since 2016. Tabita-Eunice began their career as a German Trainer at Develop Yourself in 2016. In 2017, they joined rankingCoach as a Site Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day on-site running of a given project, finding ways to prevent problems, and solving any that crop up. Additionally, they managed quality control, health and safety checks and the inspection of work carried out, got things ready by taking on staff, and prepared the site, carefully planned the work to be done, assessed and minimized risk, helped to negotiate contracts and secure permits and licenses, and liaised between managers, customers, and employees. Tabita-Eunice Udroiu's education history began in 1994 at Scoala Maria Radna Lipova, followed by Gr. Sc. Sever Bocu Lipova from 2006 to 2010. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Technische Universität Braunschweig, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology. In 2016, they attended Scoala Postliceala Henri Coanda Timisoara and received a Trainer certification in Strategy for a better training. Finally, they attended West University of Timisoara from 2015 to 2018 and received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
