Ben Ezeabia

Ben Ezeabia is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and factory operations, currently serving as Site Manager at SunRice Group since September 2025. Previously, Ben held leadership roles such as Head of Almond Processing Operations at Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) Austral and Plant Manager at Olam International Limited overseeing sesame operations in Nigeria. Ben's extensive experience includes positions as Plant Manager in the home and personal care division at Unilever Nigeria PLC, Factory Manager at Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Ltd, and Production Manager at Unilever Nigeria PLC, among others. Ben began a career in manufacturing as a Maintenance Supervisor at Lafarge Cement WAPCO Nigeria PLC and started as a Trainee Maintenance Engineer at Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company Ltd. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, earned between 1989 and 1995.
