Christian Guerra

Christian Guerra has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Christian started their career as an intern at Soltex Chile S.A. in 2016 and later interned at Ceskat Systems S.A. in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an intern at Brain Food, where they gained experience in analyzing databases, conducting statistical analysis, and developing digital transformation strategies.

In 2020, Christian joined ATECNUM Corporation as a Data Scientist, where they collected data, built machine learning algorithms, and generated insights for business improvement and product development. Later, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager, leading interdisciplinary teams and using data science tools for project development.

Christian's most recent position is at Rankmi, where they have held multiple roles since 2022. As the Product Owner for Climate and Employee Experience, they focused on improving internal processes. Christian then became the Product Owner for the Mobile App, leading the design and transition of the app into a fully functioning product. Currently, Christian holds the position of Head of Data Science and AI at Rankmi, where they are responsible for integrating AI and machine learning solutions in the organization.

Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated skills in data analysis, project management, and product development.

Christian Guerra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile, which they attended from 2013 to 2020. Christian also has additional certifications in various subjects, including Business Strategy, Project Management, Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Algorithms.
