Deise Ayako Ioki has worked in a variety of customer service roles. Deise Ayako began their career in 2004 at Fortiplan Empreendimentos as a Customer Service, where they managed complaints and provided contract management and training on the sales system. In 2008, they moved to Conspar Urbanismo as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they monitored post sales, developed the customer service manual, implemented training for new employees, and integrated processes. In 2019, they joined ChoppUP as an Analista de Customer Service, where they were responsible for periodic communication with customers, implementation of customer service, and implementation of the external team management tool. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at RankMyAPP as an Account Analyst.
Deise Ayako Ioki completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Market Intelligence from Universidade Paulista. Deise Ayako is also currently enrolled in SEDA College, where they are studying English at the Level Upper Intermediate.
