Amadeo Saya

Amadeo Saya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and documentation management. As the Document & Training Supervisor at Ranpak since October 2020, Amadeo is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation tailored to various user levels and defining training standards for different machines. Prior to this role, Amadeo served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at HP from September 2001 to October 2020, where responsibilities included resolving technical issues with HP Indigo Digital presses, evaluating parts for replacement, coordinating with field engineers, and enhancing customer experience for clients in the UK and Ireland. Earlier experience included working as a Senior Repair Engineer at InFocus, where Amadeo handled repairs and maintenance for multimedia projectors, as well as serving as an Assembly Engineer at Pie Medical Imaging, focusing on the assembly of veterinary ultrasound probes. Amadeo holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MBO Stercollege Maastricht, completed in 1998.
