Doug Pulley

Doug Pulley is a highly experienced technical leader, currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer and co-founder of RANsemi since April 2024. Additionally, Doug has been involved with UKTIN since June 2023, where roles include Chair of the Artificial Intelligence Expert Working Group and Vice-Chair of the same group, alongside participation in a Wireless Networking Expert Working Group. Doug contributes to the Fastball NIHR I4I Project focusing on diagnosing dementia through neurocognitive assessment. Prior roles include Chief Solutions Architect at Picocom, and technical leadership positions at Intel Corporation, Mindspeed Technologies, and Picochip Limited. Academically, Doug holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master of Research in Psychology from the University of Bath, along with a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
