Julie Duncan

Julie Duncan has over 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits management. Julie started their career in 1996 at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., where they served as an HR Specialist and Benefits Manager. At Coca-Cola, they managed benefit and retirement programs for a statewide employee population of 4,300, as well as provided guidance and support on benefit and leave of absence issues. From 2003 to 2006, Julie worked at Sybra, Inc. (Arby's Restaurant Group), where they successfully managed and directed the administration of management and retiree benefit programs for 238 restaurant locations with 5,000 employees. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, Julie served as a Benefits Manager at Duty Free Americas, Inc., where they handled the administration of benefit programs for 2,500 employees across 18 states. Currently, Julie holds the role of HR Director at Ransom Everglades School, a position they have held since 2010.

Julie Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
