Kelly L Jackson

Kelly L Jackson, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Environmental Sustainability at Ransom Everglades School, where significant initiatives have been established to promote ecological responsibility and climate literacy. As the founder and coordinator of the RE SCUBA program, Jackson has led major educational and environmental events, including a climate symposium that engaged over 700 attendees. Jackson's extensive experience also includes roles with various organizations such as Climate Fresk, Miami Youth Climate Summit, and National Geographic, focusing on climate education and mentorship. With a strong academic background in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the University of Miami, Jackson continues to inspire students and communities through environmental advocacy and innovative teaching practices.
