Maria Elena Soto

Maria Elena Soto possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and engineering, currently serving as the Dean of Eighth Grade and STEM Faculty at Ransom Everglades School since August 2018. Prior to this role, Maria Elena held the position of President at CQI Consulting from November 2013 to July 2019, focusing on Six Sigma, process improvement, and strategic planning. Additional experience includes Quality Manager and Operational Excellence Specialist roles at Florida Power & Light from August 2006 to October 2013, and Vice President of Support Services at Ramsay Youth Services from March 1998 to August 2004. Maria Elena Soto holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), all from the University of Miami.
