Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Patrick started their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy in 1978 and went on to become a Captain, serving until 2004. During their time in the Navy, they assessed personnel and equipment readiness, coordinated readiness training, and handled ship navigation.

In 1984, Ryan worked as a Production Manager at Sportfilm Processing, where they were responsible for motion picture film processing, chemical processing, production, machine maintenance, and editing, ensuring quality standards were met.

From 1985 to 1989, Ryan worked at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Quality Engineer, advising program management on contract compliance and improving processes to support planned efficiency.

In 1989, they joined Rantec Power Systems Inc. as a QA Manager, providing input and support to business operations with a focus on quality. Patrick also developed, trained, counseled, and evaluated direct reports.
