Udi Jayakody

Udi Jayakody is a skilled Power Distribution Engineer at Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. (ESAero) since May 2021. With a long-standing career at Rantec Power Systems, Inc., Udi has held the title of FAA DER since September 2013, contributing to PMA Certification and major repairs, while also serving as a Member of the Technical Staff, focusing on DC/DC power supply design and qualification. Udi's previous experience includes serving as a Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin from January 2000 to September 2013, where responsibilities included project leadership, schedule maintenance, and the design of DC/DC converters and power distribution modules. Udi holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Georgia Institute of Technology.
