Paimun Amini

Paimun (PJ) Amini is a leader in venture capital with a focus on AgTech, ClimateTech, and FoodTech. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Venture Investments at Leaps by Bayer, investing in transformative advancements in life sciences and digital technologies. Previously, PJ held various significant positions, including Strategic & Marketing Director at Clear to Launch Media Inc. and Director of Digital Partnerships & Innovation at Bayer. PJ's extensive experience in agriculture, biotechnology, and digital strategies is further complemented by their involvement on the boards of several innovative companies. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Washington University in St. Louis.
