Tom Wiley

Tom Wiley is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Manager with extensive experience in process improvement, automation, and Lean Manufacturing. Currently at RAO Manufacturing since December 2017, Tom manages engineering projects and designs fully automated robot work centers, while enhancing production efficiency and collaborating with quality teams. Previously, Tom held similar managerial roles at LasX Industries, Inc., and General Stamping & Metalworks, where responsibilities included customer interaction, budget management, and process optimization. Additional experience includes supervisory and engineering roles at Silgan Containers and CURT Manufacturing, focusing on operational excellence and innovative product design. Tom holds a degree in Mechanical Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
