Matt Duer is an experienced retail and wholesale professional with a background in managing business operations and team leadership. Currently serving as Wholesale Manager for North America at Rapha since April 2017, Matt is responsible for driving sales, customer satisfaction, and strategic partnerships, achieving a remarkable 140% year-over-year revenue increase. Previously, Matt held the role of Midwest Retail Regional Manager at Rapha, overseeing store performance and team management, as well as General Manager, where focus was placed on building high-performing teams in Chicago and Boulder, Colorado. Prior experience includes serving as Retail Sales Manager at REI, where Matt developed recruitment and training strategies for a large team.
