Rosie Lawson

Rosie Lawson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative and product operations, currently serving as Creative Operations Lead and Product Operations Lead at Rapha since May 2022. Previously, Rosie co-founded The Amateur Weather Observers, where collections were successfully stocked in Selfridges, and led a team of 15 artisan makers from January 2021 to June 2022. Rosie’s earlier experience includes a role as Photographic Consultant at Boots UK from December 2014 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London, an exchange program at Pratt Institute, a short course in PRINCE2 Foundation from the University of Westminster, and a Diploma in Higher Education Photography from the Edinburgh College of Art.
