Lautaro Larcher

Lautaro Larcher is currently the Head of Operations at RAPIBOY since September 2021, leading the operations team, managing driver recruitment, customer support, and distribution center. Lautaro is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operations. Previously, Lautaro was the Operations Lead at the same company, overseeing same-day shipping operations and supporting planned growth and expansion. Before that, Lautaro worked as a Last Mile Operations Analyst, managing same-day delivery operations in the Metropolitan Santiago area in Chile. Apart from their current role, Lautaro is also a Co-founder of Hope's Coffee and Waffles, a family project providing a unique coffee and waffle experience in the Sierras de Córdoba. Lautaro briefly worked as a Sales and Operations Tasks Representative at Pallotti Distribuciones S.A.S. Lautaro is currently pursuing their education at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2015 to 2022.
