Jean Gauthier

Jean Gauthier has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Jean is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rapid Aid, where they oversee production, supply chain, warehousing, and logistics. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Strategist at Next Level Strategist, specializing in people, collaboration, and strategy. Jean also held the position of President & General Manager at MultiGas Detection and Reltech Drives & Controls, where they provided strategic direction to three companies and achieved revenue targets. Jean served as a General Manager at Newlook Capital, overseeing seven companies and supporting general managers in achieving revenue and profit targets. Before that, Jean worked as a Distribution Center Manager at Acklands-Grainger, where they managed a large inventory and optimized operational efficiencies. Jean also served as the National DC Operations Manager at The Brick and as the General Manager at Icecorp Logistics. Jean's experience also includes working as the Director of Distribution at XS Cargo, where they managed warehouse operations and transportation.

Jean Gauthier obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Taylor College and Seminary between the years 1988 and 1992. In 2011, they pursued further education at the Logistics Institute, specializing in Logistics, but the end year is not provided.
