Terry Granec

Terry Granec serves as the Senior Director of Field Medical for North America at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since May 2024, overseeing a 21-member team and enhancing its capabilities through strategic growth. In addition to this role, Terry acts as a Strategic Advisor for Medical Affairs and Commercialization Strategy at Rapid Commercialization Partners, providing extensive expertise in key opinion leader engagement, partnerships, and strategic alignment. Previously, Terry held significant positions at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., including Executive Director roles in both Field Medical and Clinical Science, and a tenure at Agilis Biotherapeutics Inc. specializing in clinical science and diagnostics, which was followed by various leadership roles in other pharmaceutical companies such as Ultragenyx, Alexion, and BioMarin. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
