Richard Cermak has over two decades of experience in the finance sector, specializing in loan origination and management. Currently serving as a Partner Relationship Manager at Rapid Finance since April 2018, Richard focuses on providing alternative commercial financing to small businesses. Prior to this role, Richard held senior positions at loanDepot, Chevy Chase Bank, IndyMac Bank, American Home Mortgage, and Washington Mutual, where responsibilities included originating loans, advising on contract negotiations, structuring loans, and underwriting financial documents. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland between 1983 and 1987.
