Young Kim, CPA, MBA has a diverse work history spanning over 25 years. Young is currently serving as the CFO of Rapid Finance, a role they have held since February 2019. Prior to this, Young worked as the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Rapid Finance from April 2016 to February 2019.

Before joining Rapid Finance, Young worked at CWCapital Asset Management as the VP and Controller from May 2011 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for portfolio acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and handling complex technical accounting. Young played a crucial role in the company's growth from $10 billion to $25 billion in assets.

Young Kim, CPA, MBA, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Economics, and Business from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1993. Young then pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and International Business at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University, which they completed in 1998. During their MBA studies, Young Kim also participated in the MBA Exchange Program at TBS Education. Additionally, they hold an active Certified Public Accountant license.
