Gili Badihi

Gili Badihi has extensive experience in various roles related to HR and organization development. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Excellence at Rapid Medical, Gili focuses on manager support, recruitment, employee development, retention, welfare, and HR regulations. Previously, Gili has worked in roles such as Couple Therapy and Divorce Mediation, Organization Development Manager, and Human Resources - OD & HRS at companies like Self Employed, Yozmot Group, and Intel Israel. Gili holds a Master's degree in Social Studies from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
