Mingjie Xie

Mingjie Xie is the current CEO at Rapid Novor. Mingjie has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software development, sales, and business development. Prior to joining Rapid Novor, Mingjie was the Chief Operating Officer at Bioinformatics Solutions Inc., where they managed Sales, Business Development, HR, IT, and day-to-day BSI operations. During their time at Bioinformatics Solutions Inc., Mingjie increased sales revenue by 33%.

Mingjie Xie began their career as a software engineer at Beijing Founder Order Computer System Co., Ltd. in 2000. Mingjie then moved to Wicresoft in 2004, where they worked as a Test Lead / Software Develop Engineer for Test. In 2006, they joined Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer.

Mingjie Xie has a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the Beijing Institute of Technology.

Mingjie Xie has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ivey Business School at Western University, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Western University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Mingjie also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster.
