Adam Smith

Adam Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and cybersecurity. Adam has worked as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Rapid7 from 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Software Engineer from 2016 to 2020. Adam also worked as a Research Student at The Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) in 2016, where they focused on machine learning in the context of malware categorization. Adam was an Associate Software Engineer Intern at Alert Logic in 2016. Adam was also involved in various roles at Queen's University Belfast, including EEECS Demonstrator and Staff Student Consultative Committee Course Representative, from 2014 to 2016.
