Aron Eldridge

Aron Eldridge, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Aron currently works at Rapid7 as a Manager of People Strategy, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to joining Rapid7, Aron worked at Xerox as a Human Resources Business Partner - GTM from February 2021 to May 2022. Aron also held the role of Program Manager/HR Business Partner - GTM at Xerox from April 2019 to January 2021.

Before their time at Xerox, Aron worked at MRC Smart Technology Solutions, A Xerox Company. Aron held several roles during their tenure at MRC, including HR Director from January 2017 to April 2019, HR Manager from January 2016 to December 2016, HR Supervisor from August 2014 to December 2015, HR Generalist from November 2012 to July 2014, and Recruiter/HR Representative from January 2012 to October 2012. Aron started their career at MRC as a Recruiter/HR Assistant from February 2011 to December 2011.

Additionally, Aron has past experience working as a Groundskeeper III at the NYS Office of Parks and Recreation from 2005 to 2010. Throughout their various roles, Aron has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, training and development, compliance, and strategic HR planning.

Aron Eldridge, PHR, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR from LSU Shreveport between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communications from SUNY New Paltz from 2007 to 2010. Aron also studied Business Administration at The College of Saint Rose from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute in January 2014.
