Brooke Satti Charles

Brooke Satti Charles currently serves as the Director of Information Security Programs & Transformation at Rapid7, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Brooke held the title of Head of Risk and Compliance at PerkinElmer from April 2024 to October 2025, successfully launching a Governance, Risk, and Compliance program and creating numerous security policies. Prior roles at Cengage Group included various director-level positions focusing on risk and compliance, technical program management, and operations strategy, demonstrating a strong background in data security, regulatory compliance, and program execution. Brooke's experience also encompasses significant roles at IBM and Bank of America, where responsibilities included financial crime prevention and controls management, alongside foundational positions at John Hancock Financial Services and K Capital Partners. Brooke earned a BS in Communications from Northeastern University.
