Christina Luconi

Christina Luconi is the Chief People Officer at Rapid7. Christina has previous experience as the owner and cultural architect of People Innovations, a people strategy consulting firm focused on aiding start-up and high growth companies to achieve their strategic people goals. Christina has also held the position of Vice President of People Strategy at Sapient, and Senior Associate at CSC Index. Christina began their career as an intern at Index Technology. Christina is passionate about helping to build companies and frequently consults with CEOs to help on the people strategies of their growth companies.

Christina Luconi has a Masters in Organizational Administration from Boston University and a Bachelors in Psychology from The George Washington University.
