Michael Dynan

Michael Dynan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael is currently working at Rapid7 as a Lead Software Engineer since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as a Software Engineer from the year 2009 until October 2018. Earlier in their career, they were the Director at Flat Earth Technologies Ltd, where they provided consulting and product development services to device manufacturers, ISVs, and local software companies. Their expertise included Java and J2EE development, JBoss consultancy, C and C++ development on Linux and Windows, and Win32 & .NET development. Additionally, they worked as a Java Contractor at Aepona from 2006 to 2008.

Michael Dynan earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English and Scholastic Philosophy from Queen's University Belfast, which they attended from 1989 to 1992. Later, from 1996 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computing and Information Systems at Ulster University.
