Stephanie Tamindzija Blount is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and onboarding management within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Onboarding Success and Global Customer Adoption at Rapid7 since November 2016, Stephanie plays a critical role in enhancing customer engagement and security solutions. Prior to Rapid7, Stephanie held various positions at Financial Architects Partners from April 2008 to February 2016, culminating in the role of Director of Client Services, where focus was given to client management of life insurance portfolios. Earlier career experiences include roles at BDS Marketing, LLC. and Putnam Investments, establishing a robust foundation in client services and quality assurance.
