Haithem Babiker

Haithem Babiker has a diverse work experience. Haithem started working as a Research Associate at Arizona State University in 2008, where they developed novel finite element models of medical devices and performed computational fluid dynamic simulations. Haithem then became a Fulton Research Fellow and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same institution. In 2013, they joined EndoVantage as the Chief Technology Officer and later became the Chief Executive Officer. During their time at EndoVantage, they led research and development efforts, successfully advancing the company's first product to commercialization. Haithem also served as the project lead on consulting projects and acted as a medical liaison to clinical customers. In 2020, they joined RapidAI as the Senior Director of Clinical Product Development.

Haithem Babiker pursued their education in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Arizona State University. Haithem completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BScEng) degree between 2005 and 2008. Following this, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree from the same university, with a specialization in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, in the years 2008 to 2011. Haithem then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the same field at Arizona State University between 2011 and 2013.
