Xu Yang

Xu Yang is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at RapidAI since December 2022, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at Facebook AI Co-design and Senior Software Engineer at MiRus™, where research focused on spine surgery navigation algorithms. Previously, Xu served as an Image Scientist at Eigen, developing MR-Ultrasound image fusion devices and associated software. Academic contributions include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where involvement spanned research in real-time ultrasound elastography and teaching roles, as well as a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s from Zhejiang University in Automation Engineering.
