Chris Villasenor is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, executive search, and organizational strategy. As the Founder of TealSpace since November 2017, Chris has focused on helping mission-driven companies align behaviors and operating environments to achieve their goals. Current roles include serving as an Advisor for RapidAscent, guiding aspiring cyber professionals, and as Chief People Officer at Luminator Technology Group, where Chris leads efforts in passenger information solutions for public transit. Previous experience includes interim leadership roles at Rosetta Stone and extensive tenure at Mercuri Urval, managing North American executive search practices and business unit strategies. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
