Dushyant Mishra

Dushyant Mishra has a diverse range of work experience. Dushyant is currently the Founder & CEO of RapidClaims.ai, a startup funded with $3 million that helps healthcare organizations reduce claim denials. Dushyant is also actively hiring for engineering and data science roles.

Prior to that, Dushyant served as an Advisor at Fathom (YC W21) in 2022. Dushyant was an Early Stage Investor at Together from 2021 to 2023, where they worked closely with early-stage startups to help them become global companies.

From 2016 to 2021, Dushyant held various roles at Abbott, including Strategic Projects & Commercial Operations Head (South Asia), Strategy & Operations Lead (India Business), and Associate - Future Leaders Program.

Dushyant also has experience as an Organiser at TEDxDharavi from 2017 to 2020, a Summer Consulting Associate at Deloitte in 2015, a Student Placement Coordinator at the Career Development Centre, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur from 2014 to 2015, a Data Analyst at Quantium in 2014, and was involved in the Students Design Competition 2014 at the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc. (SME).

Additionally, Dushyant worked in the Strategy department at Vedanta Resources Limited in 2013.

Dushyant Mishra attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where they pursued a Dual Degree program, consisting of a 4-year B.tech and a 1-year integrated M.tech, in the field of Engineering. Dushyant also completed their 12th grade at Mount Carmel College in Ohio. Additionally, Dushyant holds a certification in CFA from the CFA Institute.
