Christo Smeda is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently, Christo serves as the Director of Governance and Release & Agility Manager at RapidDeploy since June 2021. As the Founder and Director of Iamsuperbar since 2014, Christo developed a range of health bars made from raw and whole food ingredients, emphasizing health and dietary considerations. Prior experience includes roles such as Agile Coach & Release Manager and Agility Competency Lead/Scrum Master at Entersekt, where Christo facilitated Agile transformation and organizational change in the fintech sector. Christo has also held positions in project management and client services at MiX Telematics, Urbian, G2 Worldwide, AdMakers International, and several other organizations. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from Red & Yellow Creative School of Business and studies at the University of Port Elizabeth.
