Karim Dasouki

Karim Dasouki has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Their most recent role is as the Head of IT & ISMS at Parloa, where they are part of a team focused on revolutionizing business-customer conversations through artificial intelligence. Prior to this, Karim worked at Taxfix as a Teamlead - IT & Digital Workplace (EU), leading a team dedicated to simplifying the tax filing process. Before that, they were a Teamlead IT at C3 Creative Code and Content. Karim also spent several years at Apple, starting as a Technical Specialist and eventually becoming a Technical Advisor and Mac Genius. Their earliest work experience was as an IT-Systemelektroniker apprentice at GRAVIS Computervertriebsgesellschaft mbH.

Karim Dasouki completed their education at Oberstufenzentrum Informationstechnik und Medizintechnik Berlin from 2012 to 2015. Karim obtained a degree in IT-Systemelektroniker with a field of study in Computer- und Informationswissenschaften und Support-Dienste. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) from DGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Informationssicherheit AG in December 2022, Certified Mac Technician from Apple in January 2017, and Certified iOS Technician from Apple in December 2016.
