Hemant Jain

Hemant Jain has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1999, they began their career as a Business Analyst at CBSI, where they were trained in SAP and handled business development responsibilities. Hemant then moved on to Webtek Software as an Analyst and VisualTek Solutions Inc as a Project Manager, managing a team of 12 people and overseeing the implementation of Broadvision for Barpoint.com. Hemant also worked as a Senior Consultant at Roundarch (Deloitte Consulting) and as an Integration Architect at Infokall, where they were responsible for architecting integration solutions for clients and mentoring other consultants. At Autodesk, they held the positions of Senior Development Manager and Senior Manager, leading teams in web applications and middleware programs and managing IT development projects. In 2011, Hemant founded Rapidera Technologies, a company focused on outsourced product development. Hemant served as the CEO and oversaw the Agile delivery model and the successful development of apps and games with million+ downloads. During their tenure, they also became an Angel Investor in Alphonso Inc., Whiz.ai, and Robodub. In 2018, Hemant co-founded Tavaga and served as the CTO until 2020. Currently, they are an Investor and Advisor at 4Fin. Hemant's work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Hemant Jain holds an MBA degree in Systems and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their B Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
