Tabatha Stimmel

Tabatha Stimmel has over 20 years of experience in contract management and administration. Tabatha started their career as a Contract Administrator at B. Braun Medical in 2001, where they managed the contract database and reviewed modifications and extensions. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Olympus America Inc. as an Associate Manager, overseeing contract administration duties and being the key negotiator for contractual agreements.

In 2014, they joined Skyline Products, Inc. as a Contract Administrator, where they evaluated purchase orders, contracts, and RFPs for technical and legal aspects. In 2015, they worked at The Macalan Group, Inc. as a Contract Administrator II before being promoted to Director of Contracts later that year. In these roles, they formulated operational goals and objectives, performed contract/subcontract reviews, and negotiated with customer contracting personnel.

From 2016 to 2017, Tabatha served as an Acquisition and Contracts Manager at JMark Services Inc., where they managed and coordinated business activities across the acquisition and execution cycle. At root9B, they held the position of Contracts Manager from 2017 to 2018, providing oversight and supervision for the preparation, execution, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.

From 2018 to 2020, Tabatha worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at root9B LLC. During this time, they were responsible for managing contractual relationships and ensuring compliance with Federal laws and corporate policies and procedures. Their next role was as a Contracts Manager at Collins Aerospace from 2020 to 2022. In this position, they acted as a subject matter expert on contractual matters, managed relationships with customers, and led the program change management process.

Currently, Tabatha is employed at RapidFlight, LLC as a Contracts & Pricing Manager, a position they started in 2022.

Tabatha Stimmel attended Strayer University from 2013 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management. In addition, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Government Contract Management from George Washington University in August 2010.
