Mitesh Gangaramani

Mitesh Gangaramani has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and technical support. Mitesh started their career in 2011 as a Technical Trainer at IANT, where they conducted training classes for Networking, CCNA, MCITP, and RHCE. Mitesh also managed computer labs and was responsible for scheduling and student performance.

In 2014, Mitesh joined STP WEB HOSTING PRIVATE LIMITED as a Technical Support Executive. In this role, they assisted thousands of customers with inquiries related to billing, sales, and technical issues. Mitesh also gained experience in implementing cloud technologies like AWS, including working with AWS LightSail, EC2 computing services, and load balancer setup.

Since 2019, Mitesh has been employed at Rapidops Inc. as a DevOps Engineer and later promoted to Sr. DevOps Engineer. Mitesh'sresponsibilities include designing infrastructure for various applications, estimating costs for different cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), and guiding junior team members in infrastructure-related tasks. Mitesh has expertise in creating Terraform scripts for building infrastructure as code (IaC) and managing Ansible playbooks for Linux virtual machines. Mitesh also has experience in setting up and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and servers, as well as GitLab agents with Kubernetes and shell executors. Mitesh is skilled in designing no downtime environments for critical web applications.

Mitesh Gangaramani completed their education in a chronological order. Mitesh obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Mitesh also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) at the same institution from 2015 to 2016.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Software Engineering Jobs and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Information Technology.

Before their undergraduate studies, Mitesh attended Sadhu Vaswani School from 2000 to 2009, where they obtained their H.S.C (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification. The field of study during this period is unknown.
