Dan Loftus

Dan Loftus has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dan currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at MachineQ, a Comcast Company, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Comcast, where they served as the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics for X1 division from April 2018 to November 2021.

Before joining Comcast, they worked at TD Bank as a Sr IT Data Specialist from November 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at Comcast Cable as a Principal, Analytics Infrastructure Engineer from March 2015 to October 2016.

Earlier in their career, they worked at CapTech as a Manager from March 2013 to March 2015. Prior to that, they held various positions at Accenture, including Technical Architect from January 2008 to March 2013, and Engineering Manager/Product Owner from September 2001 to December 2007.

Dan also has experience working at Breakaway Solutions as a Senior Consultant/Service Manager from October 1999 to September 2001. Dan started their career at WPL Laboratories as a Software Engineer and worked there from 1994 to 1999.

Dan Loftus attended Villanova University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
