Michael Lalonde

Michael Lalonde is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in product development and software engineering. Currently serving as Director of Product Development Engineering at MachineQ, a Comcast Company, since December 2018, Michael has focused on building an effective engineering culture and enhancing team collaboration through peer review processes. Prior to this role, Michael spent a decade at Comcast Cable, where leadership as Platform Services Engineering Manager involved empowering Java engineers and encouraging ownership of their work. Michael's earlier experience includes vital contributions as a Software Engineer at both Comcast Cable and SunGARD Availability Services, as well as serving as a Developer at Qwest Communications, where responsibilities included technical leadership and software development across various technologies.
