Ruslan Garayev

Ruslan Garayev is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Operations at RapidSeedbox since June 2023. With a focus on optimizing processes and strategic initiatives, Ruslan leads four teams across five countries in an anonymity-focused cloud provider. Previously, Ruslan was the Director of Infrastructure at the Information Computing Center of the Bureau of National Statistics from June 2016 to June 2023, where significant projects included the design and implementation of the National Census infrastructure for Kazakhstan. Earlier experience includes roles as DevOps/DBA Team Lead and Head of RDBMS Support Division at АО KEGOC, emphasizing staff development and performance improvement in IT services. Ruslan holds a Master’s Degree in Nanotechnologies in Electronics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiophysics from Tomsk State University.
