Alison Ludlow has a background in various administrative roles, starting as a Senior Front of House Administrator at Rufus Leonard from March 2008 to May 2014. Alison then moved on to become an Operations Manager at Calvert 22 from July 2014 to July 2019. Following that, Alison transitioned to the role of HR & Talent Officer at International Rescue Committee from June 2019 to May 2021. Currently, Alison holds the position of Team Administrator at Rapleys since May 2021. Alison Ludlow attended Hilly Fields Sixth Form Centre in 1990-1991 and Prendergast School for Girls from 1985 to 1990.
